12th DISTRICT LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
SATURDAY< JUNE 3RD, 2017
It is once again time to sign up for Leadership Conference, offered by 12th District PTA. The fun is planned for June 3rd, 2017 at the Ventura County Office of Education Conference Center.
We have a day of classes planned to help your board members and committee chairs start the year off right and ready to do great things for the kids at your school. We will also have vendors on site to go over the great programs and fundraisers they are offering to your schools.
There are 2 ways to register. Either on line, at the link below:
or submit the written forms via email, fax or regular mail. We need one form per attendee. The event is $25 per person and registration closes on May 28th. You can pay by check, cash or credit card. Please make sure to specify how many people we should invoice you for if you are paying by credit card. You can register at the door, but the cost is $40 per person that day.
We will once again offer babysitting, but it is limited and needs to be booked in advance. The charge is $10 per child, for the whole day. We will provide snacks and lunch.
